You only have 2 options and they are part of the design of the entire system.
Thermo-syphon, which is just the fact hot water from a heat collector below the level of the reservoir will rise into the tank, and that warm water is flowing in, coller water from the bottom is flowing out to the collector.
Circulation Pump. Just a water pump moving the water from the collector to the reservoir tank.
You can also use water system pressure if you made a solar heated shower system with garden hose hooked to a pressurized water supply, but that is really just a variation of the pump idea.

depends on its capacity. most of them are 130 F degrees

If not sized correctly for temp and flow, it will make steam and the t & p valve will blow.
