   Hi
   You are thinking of Samsø which is one of two Danish islands working on a green energy future. The other is Ærø, but none of them has come all the way yet. (On Ærø renewable energy covers 40 percent of all consumption. I don’t know about Samsø, but the link below sends you to an English language page which should make it possible to find out.)
   Look them up in their respective home pages as listed below. Samsø first, Ærø second.
